2. Services

Quality Digital Solutions provides junk removal, hauling, and property cleanout services in the Tampa Bay area. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

• All service quotes are based on volume and item type assessed at the time of service
• Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if actual volume or items differ significantly
• We reserve the right to refuse items we are unable to safely or legally remove
• Hazardous materials (asbestos, chemicals, motor oil, medical waste, paint) are not accepted

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, or through our website contact form. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day service is available subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to collection proceedings.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the property or have authorization from the property owner to remove the items
• You have disclosed all items to be removed, including any that may require special handling
• The items you have designated for removal do not include hazardous materials
• You have provided safe access to the items for our crew

6. Limitation of Liability

Quality Digital Solutions will take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property during service. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our crew, our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to items not designated for removal, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Insurance

Quality Digital Solutions maintains general liability insurance. Our crew members are covered under our company insurance policy. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

8. Disposal and Recycling

We make every effort to responsibly recycle and donate items whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee the donation or recycling of any specific item. Items we haul become our property upon removal and are disposed of at our discretion in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users. All content on this website is the property of Quality Digital Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
